The orgasm master article helps a lot
I have had a problem with edging to subdue PONR, while doing kegel clenching, clamp, and exercise. It doesn’t help at all, in fact, it helps to going in PONR right away because it gave me more sensitive feeling. I did stop stimulate it, do kegel workout to make PONR feeling goes away. After PONR feeling goes away, I started to stoke it again and PONR came back within 30 secs. It’s not good for me because you need to subdue PONR quickly while having sex with a girlfriend because most of girl doesn’t like wait for few mins till back to no feeling.
