Expansion please
Ok I’ve been putting this off for too long and it’s time to make a go of it.
I’ve been digesting as much of Thunders as possible and am very impressed. Have just started my routine a few days ago and am hoping for what I expect are reasonable goals.
My current stats are:
11/10/05
BPEL: 7.0
EG: 5.2
FL: 5
FG: 4.5
Probably not too bad in the scheme of things but I really want more girth above all. Feel a bit pencil dick at this measurement. Any comments?
My routine for the first month or so is primarily based on Johan’s routine which seems to have served him rather well and sounds sensible to me:
Morning:
5 min warm wrap
15 min wet jelq with some squeezes
3-4 x 15-20 JAI stretches
2 min warm wrap
Evening
5 min warm wrap
15 min wet jelq with some squeezes
2-4 15-20 JAI stretches
5-10 min wet jelq
2 min warm wrap
Probably a little more than the newbie routine but I don’t think I’m overdoing it too much although there is some spotting on the glans but not too severe.
I plan to keep this thread updated with my progress and really want to focus more on girth than length at the moment.
GOAL:
8.5 BPEL
6.5 EG
I also plan on getting a digital camera to keep records on my progress. I’m not quitting!
Any ideas on what I should do to focus on girth at least to begin with or anything else would be great!
