Hey all,

Just have a quick question for you. I know everyone is different but what are legitimate gains from clamping? I’m a little over 6months in of PE and started clamping about a month ago. My starting stats as of Feb 21 were 7.5EL on a good day and about 4.5EG. Well with the basic routine I gained about .5EL and stayed the same with EG.

Since I have started PE and now with clamping, in the past 6months I have minimal girth gains maybe like 3/16 or so. The weird thing that has me puzzled is I have gained almost another .5 in length in the past month. I have basically just being focusing on clamping to make the girth gains but I’m gaining more length. Length seems to come real easy at this moment, and I know I shouldn’t be bitching about it because many people would die for a one inch gain, but I’m really more interested in girth. I am really starting to look like a spaghetti dick. On a great day I’m just a little over 8.5EL.My girlfriend says that I’m starting to get to long and pain is starting to become and issue with her. She loves the idea of me doing PE, but wants the girth!! Lol. Does anyone have any advice for me, and can you tell me how much longer it will be til I have better girth gains? Thank You.. I’m just saying. Clamping is one of the riskier advanced exercises, not really a ‘newbie’ exercise.

Your experience of gaining length from what is considered a girth exercise is not unheard of. Take the gains where you get them.

In order for us to have a fighting chance of commenting on your situation intelligently, can you give us a breakdown of your routine and it’s history?

I would stop the newbie, maybe that is giving you the length. Never thought someone would complain of this problem though. :violin:

I’m not complaining bye any means, Sure do like the gains, I just really wanted to focus on girth, for myself and for my girlfriend. I was just wondering, if length gains are typical from doing a girth based exercise. And after 6months of doing PE I really don’t consider myself a newbie anymore, and I am comfortable with myself and with the clamping routine I have been doing. Seeing how this is the only place I can post anything I was just looking for advice. That’s all

No worries. The newbie includes jelqing and stretching, how do you know these are not giving you length?

red, I’ve done a lot of clamping in the past and have had success with it for girth. I suggest that you make sure you keep good engorgement while clamped. I also added some squeezes at the end of the clamping set while I was still in the clamp. This is a little extreme, but the added pressure seemed to make a difference for me. I used 4 sets of 20 minutes and tried to clamp 5 days per week.

7-08 7.375 bpel 6.25 mseg

7-09 7.50 bpel 6.25 mseg

Four sets of 20 minutes each daily is an extremely intense clamping routine, even if you do give your dick a break on the weekends.

Let’s all dial it down a bit, shall we? This is the newbie forum.

After six months you may well be ready to graduate to another level of PE, redryderfx4. If you are being careful and are comfortable with what you are doing, knock yourself out.

Now that you’ve been here for a while, maybe play one of those word-game threads and get your post count up. Then you can post with impunity.

Wow dude, I didn’t do that and I did some crazy shit something like you are doing but less time in the clamp. You better hope that thing doesn’t turn black and fall off, either way, with that routine, it will turn black and will get fatigued. Dude, do some research, you are starting out too fast, don’t burn yourself out.

I have been in pe for almost 3 years. I clamped for a year using Big Girtha’s routine once I got well conditioned. I have plateaued a copy of times and restarted. I recently retired from clamping because of my gains—I am big enough in girth.

Thus, I am no newbie and I have always qualified what I post on clamping by mentioning that I am hard core or extreme. Redryder, above, has been at pe for 6 months. That is pretty long time in the life of a pe’er. He is ready for clamping if he so choses.

If he so chooses, fine. It’s our job, however, to try to guide people to what is reasonable and what is risky. Inform them, simply.

Had you mentioned your 3-year experience including the long time clamping, it would put things in perspective.

This is good to hear, I started out at 6” girth, I don’t need to be fatter. I hope I get lenght out of it.


Starting BPEL= 6.7 " EG= 6.5"

July 2016 BPEL=7" EG=6.75"

Goal NBPEL=8" x EG=7"

Thanks for the input guys. Like I said I feel comfortable with trying it and I know my limits and by no means am I going to jump into anything extreme. I just want to add a little girth. I love the length gains but I feel like a pencil dick at an average of 8.25EL and only 4.5EG.

One other thing, in the past, I did pump a few times never really liked it to much. But in about 15min of pumping I was able to gain an inch like it was my job. Is that a positive sign for gains in clamping?

Absolutely no way of knowing. I have clamped off and on for a year and a half. My girth gains were MINIMAL(1/4”) for the time spent in clamp.

Seems some guys gain girth with a couple of tugs and a jelq here and there.

I am not one. There are many posts by people like me. There are also posts from guys that would kick my ass for saying a 1/4” gain is minimal.

I’ve been at this for 2 1/2 years, and all I can say is there are NO guarantees.
