I’ve started some time now, BUT i’m not consistent. Some times i can pass months without doing, and when i do it, its most time stretching. But i have measuring it and now is about 7.2 inches long bone pressed. The girth, since i rarely jelq, its the same.

My questions:
1) I will restart jelquing in a regular basis, any advice?
2) How can i use a cock ring to upgeade the results? Is a good idea? any experiences?
3) I’ve just buy a penis pump. How can it helps? it really works?

If you haven’t been consistent or haven’t done any PE activity in a while I would suggest starting with 5he Newbie Routine to get your penis conditioned. Continue with it as long as you are having success.

I use a c ring for sex, not for PE, so do not have any experience to share.

A pumping routine is a good tool for PE but I recommend completing the Newbie Routine before starting to use one. When you decide to purchase one make sure it has a vacuum gauge in the kit.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

I doesnt come with vacuum gauge. Just the stuff to press. I didnt test yet, since it arrive yesterday.
When you say complete the routine you say before the pump, or a period of time doing? I do the routine while taking shower, just stretching, but now i’m returning of a month off.

We recommend to continue the newbie routine as long as you are having positive results. When growth slows down or stops is a good time to try other techniques.

A gauge is strongly recommended for a pump system for safety and for consistency. Too much vacuum can lead to injury and a gauge will allow you to keep the vacuum at a safe level.

A common pump program is 5 minutes at 3 inHg vacuum, then 5 minutes at 5 inHg vacuum. Only with a gauge will you know if you are at the desired vac level.

Penis pumps are awesome. Whoever invented it should be raised from the dead and given some sort of award.

Cock rings though, they are very useful for people that cannot sustain an erection. My own experience with them has been negative, I’ve got tons of them but don’t use them. After about 15 minutes it kills my erection and it takes some time to revive it. I’ve experimented with using them while pumping and it does give a bigger post pump size, though I discontinued that testing because of suffering erection qualities.

I did a test on ischemia, restricting blood flow to the flaccid penis for 5 minutes at a time, to see if it resulted in gains or improvement to erections, but after a few days I started to see signs of developing hard flaccid. I checked ischemia off my list of hypotheses and now have a generally negative view of PE that restricts blood flow for significant amounts of time. There are a wide range of cock rings that put pressure on different regions of the penis and the amount of force they exert is variable depending on your girth size, the size of the cock ring, and the material the cock ring is made of, so maybe there are some cock rings that are in some way beneficial to people that can sustain an erection.

I’ve done jelqing in the past, I’m not entirely certain about aspects of it. I don’t know if it can sustain continuous gains because in the past I moved from jelqing to clamping in pursuit of faster gains, which I got but it came with side effects and an eventual plateau. I don’t do jelqing now because I think it causes a certain amount of collagenization which I’m trying to avoid.

You’ll definitely want to get a gauge for penis pumping, though the novelty pump balloon type hand pumps are unlikely to reach dangerous vacuum pressures.
