Extender/Hanger Suggestions?

Hello, I have been doing the newbie routine lately and haven’t seen any gains in the 2 months since I started, because of this I was going to try them for one more month and then move on. When the time comes I want to know what extenders tend to work well for most people, any advice would be helpful, thanks.


9/4/2021: BPEL 6", Girth 4.5"

Currently: BPEL 6.25", Girth 4.5"

Goal: NBPEL: 8", Girth 6.5"
