Help Make My Old Extender Useful Or suggestions for a new extender?

I have a fast size extender I purchased years ago. After some time I could no longer handle using it due to the pain and discomfort of the noose strap and constantly slipping .Since then my curve has became worse and my wifes preference for more length I been wanting to try extending again. I want to get a Phallason as it seems like I can log in many hours comfortably, but they are expensive. Since most extenders are all basically variations of the same design except for a few newer ones like the phallason , I was wondering if there are any cheap mods I can do to make my Old fast size more useable or should I look into a new extender?

Yes that is a good option. The other is a DIY Velcro strap mod. I found both a vast improvement on the noose.

Thanks for the replies. I have velcro straps from old lap top batteries that should work. I’m also going to check out the vacuum head they seem like they can give me the comfort and long hours use that I been searching for.

I should add that you will need some wrap under the velcro strap. The front edge (closest to your glans) of the velcro can irritate your penis. I use a bit of cloth with a short silicone comfort sleeve on top but you can get by with the cloth alone.
