Extender injure help

First of all sorry about my english I’m from Brazil.

My routine is all about extender , but every time I use it for some days a wound behind my glan appears.

Anyone experienced that?

Hey, sorry to hear about that. Wounds are not good. Either something is wrong with your extender, or with how you are using it. You didn’t really tell us enough to know exactly what the problem is. And I don’t use extenders, so I am probably the wrong person to help you. But a guess is that you are using it too much. Don’t start out using it all day long several days in a row. Start using it just a little bit at a time and see how that goes. If you don’t have any injuries then maybe try a little more the next week. And so on, until you start seeing gains. Also make sure it fits correctly. Good luck!
