Extender Intervals - Do They Make Any Difference to Gains?

Hi guys,

Just wondering if you would get the same results when using an extender for 5 hours a day in 30 minute intervals with say 10 minute rests, opposed to 1-2 hour blocks?

You are suppose to take 5to10min rest each 30 or 60 minutes. Extender will become painfull and have to be remove… light massage between sets or bathroom.. I use a IR lamp for 10minutes when I replace the ads!

I’ve started to use the Penimaster and no matter how I do it I get a bit of swelling behind the glans - I’ve read that it’s fine providing it subsides fairly quickly, which it does. Having a break every 30 minutes will stop that, but just wanted to check it wouldn’t slow the growth compared to longer intervals.

Reviewing my log I made better progress when the individual sessions were closer to an hour. Also advise that was shared with me that if the sessions aren’t at least 45 minutes that’s an indication that the tension is too high. Also though there is a conditioning that needs to occur in the beginning.

Yeah setting the right tension may have been the issue to start.

When setting any device is the BPEL length as my extender seems to work better hitting the bone.

My stretched flaccid length from the bone is 16cm so I have set the length of the extender to 18cm and the tension is around 400-600g and seems fairly comfortable. I get more of a stretch when it’s pointing upwards.

I always thought that time under tension is what made the best gains. So 60-90 minute sets with 10-20 minute massage/rest between sets.

Is that what you have done? Did you get any gains from that if so?

Would be interesting to see if the interval timing actually did play a part on overall results and speed of results? I guess the end goal is the same for everyone but I guess people will respond differently to both methods. Unless we can see a pattern?

I have a Leelove hybrid extender, I use the old style silicone loop… maybe it’s different with your✌

I think I’ll give 45 minutes a go, followed by a 10-minute break a go and try and do 5-5:30 hours worth and a month and see how it goes.
