Make your noose extender 100% more comfortable!

Figured I would make another how-to.

I did a similar one a long time ago but I have improved it a bit and simplified it.

Step 1; Make your self a vacuum head piece. Instructions here: - Vacuum hanger/ads babbis style

Step 2; Make a rim on the cap for the silicone tube to rest on. (See attachments).

Step 3; Put the modified head piece on your penis head and put the extender on as you normally would. Place the silicone noose behind the newly created rim, tighten it and secure the tube with a piece of tape if they keep slipping off. (See attachments).

Easy as 1 - 2 - 3!

I got allot of fluid build up when using this method.. Have you experienced this?

I have not used this setup for multiple hours over time but did get some fluid build up if I used too much tension for over 2 hours without taking a break.

If one do not use to much tension I would think one could wear it for many hours without any problems. However, we are all different and some might be more sensitive to vacuum then others so be careful and use common sense!

Also, use some baby powder on your penis head before putting on the modified head piece. This makes it easier to put on and prevents moist to accumulate inside the cap. I found that moist is a bad thing with these things.

Nice! Very nice. I’ve been tucking a square of toilet paper in the cap of my gadget to absorb any moisture. I do most of my applying in the bathroom at work and it’s handy. :)

I am yet to find a solution for my noose extender. My current setup is a braided cotton noose that I made myself + a little make up cushion I cut.

But it still gets uncomfortable after some time… these vacuum thingies seem so hard to make! :(

I was just curious… usually people tend to share with others stuff related to PE, unless, of course, they intend on making some cash out of it. That’s why I asked.
