Extender like the 4x labs extender?

First a tiny bit of background. I dibbled a bit in penis extension many years back (maybe 10+ years back) but I never found any wearable that I found comfortable enough to wear for extended times and pretty much gave up after a time. Now fast forward to today and I accidentally fell upon an article and pictures of the 4X Labs extender and it just looked really good and comfortable to me. Now I have of course not used it but I really liked the look of the “tube” that goes around the shaft and then the strap on top of that to pull, if I have understood the method correctly. With the stretched I used years back it felt very “raw” and the strap was right on the skin and it felt like it almost tore into the skin. From the pictures this looked so much more comfortable.

Long story short it made me really exited to try it out again and get a 4X labs extender to see if it could work for me. But then I find out they seem to have closed doors? Now my real question is if there is anything out there that works pretty much like the one from 4X labs? I looked up the one from Sizegenetics and looking at the box it seems to be pretty much the same (?) But looking at their video it seems they still just put the strap directly on the skin or do you have that “tube” that you first put on the shaft? How much is the difference in the 4X labs and the Sizegenetics extender and are there other models out there also that emulate the 4X labs one?

X4 included some foam sections that you slipped over your penis to insulate the penis and the straps. Is this what you are calling the tube? They break apart after some use and I replaced them with a baby sock with the toe cut off. The foam and sock are better than the silicon strap or noose applied directly to the penis.

I don’t have the X4. But I want something on the market that is pretty much the same if it exist?

I purchased a JES extender and have been extremely disappointed by this poorly constructed device. So basically I threw away a couple hundred dollars. Now I’m gun shy. Don’t want to keep popping hundreds of dollars looking for something just as good.
