Not growing: should I try the the x4 labs extender
Hi,
I have been doing PE for two weeks on the following routine:
10 minutes warm up
5 minutes manual stretching (30 seconds per stretch), adding 1 minute per week
10 minutes jelqing (5 seconds per jelq) adding 3 minutes per week
50 kegels, adding 5 per week
10 minutes warm down
2 days on/1 day off
I have not seen any gains and am getting a little frustrated. I bought the X4 labs extender, should I use it for half an hour before jelqing?
