Hi guys

So I bought an extender on Friday night from a local porn shop. It’s not one of the expensive ones but is the same basic extender.

I’ve been doing some research on here from previous posts but still have a few questions I was hoping to get some insight on for clarification purposes.

I don’t want to go overboard too fast or anything- should I be stretching to just under my 7.1” BPEL? Or do I stretch beyond that point?
Also, I’m uncut so is there a particular method I should be using to ensure no skin pulling? I’m currently wrapping just below my glans with an ace wrap to cover my foreskin from being pulled up and causing slippage.

Also there’s a lot of different answers with time in the extender. Some say 3-4 hours a day is sufficient and others say anything under 4 won’t do anything. It seems as though 1,000 hours is where gains really start to become noticeable. Time recommendations?

And lastly, what should my penis be feeling while I’m in my extender? I feel tension but want to see if there’s a specific feeling I should be noticing to ensure I have the tension set right for productive stretching and results. Am I supposed to feel a big pull on my life or anything? People say also that it should be a medium tension so I’m a bit confused.

I am uncut also and I share the concern.. I have read that it is difficult to use many devices without stretching the foreskin.

I am cut so I can’t speak to the nuances relative to that.

I have been using the X4 extender and am now at 967 hours in. I wear the extender 3-4 hours a day 3-4 days a week. Once you start chasing the hours you begin to realize that they are not so easy to accumulate.

For hundreds of hours I wasn’t extending beyond my BPEL, however, it still felt as though I was stretching as far as I could. I recently noticed that I am now extending beyond my BPEL, which has increased by 0.50” since I began wearing the X4 on the exact date of 6/30/16.

My approach has always been to strap in and then back the extenders out from the base and then turn them a quarter turn or so back into the base. I would then take the tension as high as I can, goal being for me to max out that extender rod length and condition to it. Then add another .50” of rod and begin the cycle over again. I have added a total of 1.00” to the bars since I started, so I am now into my third cycle. One thing that is surprising me is that I am acclimating fairly quickly to this latest cycle (length set up) and I am not quite sure why that is. It’s only been 45 days and then I practiced the AM for 34 days and just came back to the extender and I feel fairly acclimated already. I am going to obviously keep the current set up and feel it out for a while.

I think you are going to find that the first hurdle is just adjusting to the daily process required to utilize an extender. It can be quite uncomfortable and will take weeks to get used to it. Breaks between sessions are necessary so that is also something that you will need to get a feel for. The most I can go before requiring a break is an hour, but as I progress through the day I typically begin to drop my sets to between 30-45 minutes. This happens as the head of your penis is being constricted from blood flow over the course of the sessions. You are not completely cutting off blood flow, but it is enough that breaks are absolutely required This is another nuance that I find. As I begin to acclimate to (grow into) a length setup, I find that less strap compression is needed to stay in the extender at full extension and tension. So I begin to be able to stay in the extended slightly longer before requiring a break.

I think you will find there are many ways to skin this cat, so definitely see what others might recommend. I am not stating that what I do and have described above is best practice, it’s just how I do it.

I will say one thing is correct about what I have described above, I haven’t quit and I am still going for it!

Yeah the more I read the more knowledgeable I’m becoming even this early on in my extended experience. I’m basically extending to my bpel and today I had a good hour and a half session going a tick beyond by tightening the screws. I did have some irrational on my base where the base holder rubs against but that went away in like 5 mins. I felt a great pull but nothing painful. I think this will be my starting point and I’ll stay on this for a week or week and a half and slowly go up from there.

The only issue is my extender is rather generic- it’s made by Eroxotics so it’s not like one of the super expensive ones. It has the basic 2 screw rods but has no indications on it of measurement tension wise. So it’s kind of more of a guessing game just going by feel of tension. I just really can’t afford an expensive one and can’t get it shipped to my house for privacy reasons. So I got this one at my local porn store.

I’m definitely excited about my extender journey yet I’m trying to quell any over excitement because I don’t want to expect gains to come faster than they actually will.

I think it’s important to visualize a goal with PE: I’m currently 7 1/16” BPEL and Id like to be around 7.5” by December. That basically gives me 6 months. Is this realistic? I know everyone’s growth is different…

I think I’m going to jelq to double up with extending to help with gains. Thing is, I’ve been gettting some girth compliments lately from my FWB and I’m a bit again my extender will slim my dick out during this process. I was thinking about clamping on days that I don’t jelq and extend. That way I can at least maintain my girth- then when I’ve reached my short term length goal I can go crazy on girth. Being at 5” EG has always made me insecure and I love hearing the “wow it looks thick!” compliments from my FWB as I’ve been clamping over the last couple of weeks. What do y’all think?

hello, the first month with the extender is adapted so stretch it below your bpel measurement, if you want you can have it at least 4 hours, as the months go by increasing hours and centimeters on the rods, but go slowly, never fast , I think that after the sixth month the extensor loses effectiveness.

Another point is that the extender does not thin the penis, that is a wrong belief, contrary to my experience, gives more circumference

Hmmm very interesting to hear about possible girth gains that might slightly accompany length gains. Do any other extender users have any girth gains from the extender?

So do you think I should clamp and jelq during my time of extending as well? Probably not on the same day with clamping and extending because they might be overdone?

Just for a backstory I started PE last April, until last September and then took a break and restarted in January. Been sporadic but added clamping about a month ago, and now extending last Saturday. Original stats were 6.5” BPEL and 4,5” EG and I’m now 7.1” BPEL and last time I measured I was 5” EG (although I should remeasure girth since it’s been so long).

Of course you can do jelq in the same period that you occupy extender, although the first 3 months accompanied by simple jelqs with few repetitions, the rigor you can leave as in the fourth, fifth and sixth month, where the extender begins to give less profit.

What about mixing with clamping? Is there any possible way to gain I’m girth and length at the same time while using an extender?

I mean, when I first started, jelqing brought me gains in both girth and length so is that still possible if I clamp and extend? I’ve heard you have to focus on one or the other

The extender is the primary result in length, but also usually gives a little thickness, is not much, comparing it with the gains in length, but gives them.

How should I measure BPFSL? Do I do that after doing some slight stretching before I use my extender? Or do I not stretch and measure my BPFSL?

I know I need to use it as a guide to help me monitor growth and upcoming bpel growth during my extending time but I’m confused as to what would be the more accurate measurement. Perhaps if I stretch first before measuring it’s giving me an after stretch measure and I need to have an I stretched measurement?

Also should my dick be extremely firm on the side during the tome in the extender? I’m still getting used to not going to high with my tension, but it seems like when I manual Stretch, I feel more of a pole towards my base and in the extender there’s less of a pole at my face although when I touch against the sides of my dick they are pretty tight – in other words I can feel that they are pulled.
