Extender Only Results?

I’ve searched quite a bit on the forum and couldn’t seem to find a thread on this.

Has anyone used ONLY an extender and had positive results? It seems like many incorporate manual stretches as well but unfortunately, I don’t have the privacy to do this as much as I’d want to do.

I have done manual exercises between sets of extending, to get the blood flowing, so in terms of time spent on manual vs extender, I’ll have to say that most of my gains are from extending.

I´d say some light jelq, or light stretch, or light bend, or some edging, dont qualify as additional PE

it´s similar to waking up and stretch in bed like cats do… do that ammount to a stretching session you would count among the essentials of your gym routines? or if you walk to buy bread,… is that cardio?

I think if you do a routine of several hours of extender and little else, then results comes from extender.

Don’t worry, you can gain from extending. I’ve gained a half inch from extending only.

I’ve done “some manual stretching”, I attribute none of my gains to it.

Believe they’re largely 100% extender at almost 1-1/2 inches in six months. It works.

1,5 inch is outstanding
My rate of growth is much slower.

could you detail your method specifically?
hours a day, tension, rest days if any, duration of single sets, as example 30,60,120mins

Yea would love to know this. Thank you guys for your answers. It’s motivating. I’ll still try and get some manual stretching in when I can. I’ve just started PE so will be taking month measurements and post up.

I cant refrain myself from measuring every day or every other day and it´s frustrating… but i fear apply a method for a whole month and find later that was all useless….

even more, despite I realized obviously extending works. I still fear it stops working.

You will see it all in my log, very detailed.

For my first extender, manual noose, I wore it almost all waking hours (12+ hours per day) for months.

I’d wear it for up to two hours, go to the washroom, adjust and do some firegoat rolls to get circulation back in and then immediately strap back in with less than five minutes off.

On the weekends I would wear it from waking until bed with the same process above every hour or two.

It wasn’t comfortable. It hurt. It worked. The discomfort was worth the results.

I’ve now got a vacuum extender. It’s more comfortable. I can’t wear it as long per individual session, that matters. It’s also bulkier, I can’t wear it under clothes.

That said, it’s a better stretch. It pushes way harder.

Once I got above 8.25 though the desire slowed. The need to wear it all day dropped. I am getting back into it, but don’t know if I can go as hard as I originally did.

So you wound say collecting as many hours as possible is key in your experience.

Dont you feel the vacuum extenders engorge the shaft a bit by applying the vacuum to the upper half of the shaft? that bothers me cos feels like a worse extension.
