Extender Theory by asdftehpolice

I’m pretty sure that I’ve got this figured out for the best and fastest length gains. Total Time should be 6mo to a Year for at least an inch if not much more.
You’ll wear the extender for the whole year for a total of 2200 hours.

Goal:
The goal for this method is to constantly keep your penis in a state of low stressed growth.
From what I’ve read, this is the common thread between all fast gains.
I think that the number one indicator is the elongated flaccidity that comes with it.
Your penis should never hurt. It should feel comfortably “sore” at all times.

Theory:
The theory is based on the cellular growth factors and restoration rates.
What causes these growth factors, rates, etc?
The stress from constantly being in a deformed state promotes the cellular growth.
The factors that can be improved for restoration rate are the following:
The heat of the cellular matrix (Cellular activity), rice sock.
The blood flowing through to the penis (Cellular Supply), kegals.
And things to increase the mitogen factors of the cells themselves (Rate of Growth). I’m currently going with an organic lotion from Acure.

Routine:
The routine I suggest is a simple one. A penis extender and manual stretching. There are no jelqs as it is a predominately girth related exercise. If you jelq it will slow down your progress.

Lets start with the extender.

Extender Use:
The extender is worn from 4 to 6 hours daily. An hour before bed, an hr when you wake up, 2 2hr sessions. I’m sure that you can do more, the manual stretching is only supplementary for the lack of possible stretching hours.
I am currently using an X4 extender. No particular reason. I bought it. Whatever should work because its not about the extender itself, its about the penis.
How I use it is as such. I place my wang in the unit at full compression while giving my penis a good full not hurting stretch. So physically, I push down on the extender fully while putting my cock into the noose. Its a little tricky at first but you get the hang of holding the extender against your pelvic bone The noose or gripping apparatus should rest behind your glands on top of your foreskin or where you’re cut.
It should not feel like much on your penis. I’d call this level of intensity for the extender the ADS level. It is IMPORTANT to make sure that the underside of your penis is not simply stretching the skin. You make sure of this by pulling your skin from underneath the bottom of your penis by your fat pad until it is taut.
Now the real trick is the angle of the extender and how it conforms to your pelvic base.

FOR ME MAYBE FOR YOU TOO SEE BELOW IN THINGS TO CONSIDER:
If you angle your extender completely downwards your penis is stretched further than straight out. This angle and the screws, bars adjust the level of intensity of the stretch itself.
So at outwards my extender is at 5.75in. Downward approaches 6in or so. Adjusting the screws and tension bars helps add anywhere from 0 to .5in.

WARNING: The more you adjust the screws and tension bars the more it will choke your cock and cause purple, cold glans. While you can get away with doing that for a half hour to an hour, I highly recommend not to as you can damage your penis and slow down your own gains due to the lack of blood flow/cell death.
Keeping all this information in mind you should be able to know what is appropriate extender bars to use for your cock size. The growth zone for all penises is in the ADS to .5in and being able to maintain that flaccid length for a period of time.
The next trick is a good one. With your Penis in the Unit take a rubber band and your heated up rice sock. Put the rice sock on your extender and keep it there with the rubber band. It adds heat which helps the cellular growth and collagen formation etc. The rice also acts like a small hanging weight too that helps further growth :)

IMPORTANT:You should always have adequate heat. It will help your growth, prevent your unit from damage and allow you to PE more. You will stall your gains in a cold environment or won’t grow at all.
I will not offer a guide as to what you should strictly do to your penis in terms of sessions. I haven’t decided if its important to chart my progress vs the different tensions because the over all goal is to maintain the growth state.
I repeat. No individual session is worth the risk of losing a session. It will give the cells time to adjust to the stress and it will further decrease the speed of your gains.

After a session use a lotion to improve the mitogen growth factors. This helps healing and growth recovery. Now what lotion is best to use is beyond me. It involves very specific cellular interactions and far too many components to compare and cross reference.
If you’re that obsessive I commend you because its an entire branch. Afterwards make your own lotion and own the cosmetic industries. Give me a million for helping you grow and we’ll call it even.
What I use is: Acure Calming Lotion.

Manual Stretching Use:
The manual stretching isn’t so important as it is to only keep the penis in its elongated growth state outside of the extender periods. If you’re experiencing turtling from the combination of the exercises you’re pulling way too hard.
I think that when you give yourself a stretch and can feel the penis being elongated while you’re doing the stretch is the right amount of tension. If that makes sense. You’ll kinda see the skin deform and go with the stretch.
It should leave you into a flaccid hang and hold you over until your next extender hours. Remember to lotion. Apply heat if you can after these sessions.

MOST IMPORTANT:
The first two weeks of this routine should familiarize yourself with how your penis responds to the angle, the tension extended length etc. Listen to your penis. Work up to this routine. It should take you 2 to 3 weeks to have this routine down.
The first week, learning how to use it, being comfortable. Stretch for a couple hrs. Etc. Don’t get hurt from enthusiasm. You are on a journey of a hundred miles and this is the first step. Its not about any individual session. I REPEAT AGAIN.
It is about having your penis in the state of constant growth.

My Daily Bit:
What I am personally doing is starting the day off downwards for the hour. Lotion/Kegals Getting to work, light manual stretching in the bathroom. Lotion/Kegals Wait until I can put the unit on in the office for an hour or a couple hours. Take it off, work more. Lotion. Home another extender session, lotion. End of day session and lotion again. I heat as much as possible. I keep a daily log of what I do, when by the order etc. Its all about getting that constant flaccid elongated hang.

Other Things to Consider:

A Word About Diet:
Considering everything in your life from mood to brain power to health and wellness is connected to your diet I feel I should say a couple words about it as well. Protein synthesis for MUSCLES is most prominent with a variety of protein sources. Your stomach enzymes get different blueprints, build different protein strands and build your muscles etc. That being said I don’t think its that much of a stretch (HAHA GET IT) with cellular growth either.

VERY VERY IMPORTANT:
In this section I speculating the optimal extender angle based on the individual.
FOR ME: Stretching one side of the penis with the downward angle should increase my flaccid hang and not my overall length initially. Eventually the two will catch up and I will have to play with the angles of up and down sessions to max gains.
Why do I say that? When I wake up with morning wood my penis is most comfortable erect on my belly. If you’re versed in your PE theory, this has to do with LOT Theory. So my downward angle should help my permanent flaccid length due to my penises comfort at this angle. I should gain possibly overall due to the stretching of the ligs and the cellular restoration. I still think that downward for all is the way to go and adjusting as necessary to achieve the desired flaccid growth state..

Why I am doing this:
Some bastard named MCTFB (Tyler I think) or something like that years ago introduced me to Thunders Forum when I was a lurker on another forum. While women have said to me I’ve never had a cock so big in my hand before etc I still have self doubt. It’s improved over the years but I’ve had ex’s leaving me for a bigger cock and our personal issues. Maybe if I was bigger Id have had more time to work out those issues and they would have never left. Even though that’s a fallacy and a pipe dream not the way to happiness etc it has still instilled in me the obsession of growth. I want what I want and I get what I want.
That’s why I’m helping. Because someone a long time ago gave me the tools to achieve so that’s what I’m doing for you.

Interesting and helpful post. For the most part, makes a lot of sense. However, I take some exception with not turning the adjusting screws. For me anyway, my dick increases in length as time under tension increases. Accordingly, the rate of tension decreases and needs to be adjusted in order to maintain the tension at 800 gr. (my effective tension level.)

Though I am hesitant because I’m not sure if all the cells will be able to recover properly due to blood flow constriction.

Correct me if I am wrong:
The penis works by engorgement of the tubes inside of it and this prevents blood from leaving the penis.
The veins that bring blood into the penis are found inside the shaft while the veins that draw away blood are on the outside of the shaft.

So Traction wrapping would constrict those vessels like engorgement does while still allowing inner blood flow to the cells that truly define penile growth?

There are going to be different views on exactly how useful that is. Especially when too much oh it has a negative effect. Traction post stretch has some good benefit but how much is the trick. There’s a lot of threads on the topic. My own view is that unless you are doing more involved damage that traction has limited benefit. Plastic deformation requires heavier stress than elastic and most gains with extenders seem to be less stress and elastic in nature.

This is my view. And why I do not feel an extender is of much use for me, as I gained significantly early on in PE from one.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I find Silicone sleeves are the best for keeping elongated inbetween sessions. Either one long or several behind each other. They allow a rather good blood flow.

You have to find the right density/diameter though as if they arent tight enough the penis retracts inside them. Fixing them behind the head with a light hair tie helps too.
