Extender or a Pump first

Extender or a Pump first

Okay so month and half into PE and I am starting to stroll around the internet looking for my first purchase.

To clarify I am not going to use any devices just yet. I will first go trough a 3 month Newbie Routine which I slightly modify every week adding 5 minutes of time to Jelqing and Stretching. As long as it feels okay and doesn’t cause any negative PI.

What I wanna know is what device should be my first? I am focused on both Length and Girth and looking to gain an inch in both.

In my country these devices are not very available and when it comes to extenders I can either buy Andropenis for 300€ or a Chinese knock off Jes extender for 50€. Note that Andropenis is very expensive considering average wage here is 400€ a month. However I can still afford it, if its worth it.

Pumps are plenty but not many brand names here except the Hydro pump Bathmate 60€ which would be my first choice if and when I get one. There is allot of no name pumps with gauges and various manual suction systems. There are all in price range of 20 to 80€

What exactly should I be looking in these devices that can help me determine which one to buy?

Extender or Pump for a first timer?

Thank you.

First I support your continuing the newbie routine for at least the 3 months. If you are having positive results, stay with it for longer.

I’ve used both an extender (well over 500 hrs) and a vacuum pump (thousands of hours), and believe they both are useful tools.

One point you may want to consider in your deliberations is how much time you have for PE. A typical vac pump procedure is 10 or 20 minutes in the tube for twice a day.

An extender requires much more time, commonly 4 hours per day.

In your product review, please be aware that we strongly recommend for a vacuum pumping system to include a vacuum gauge in it. A gauge allows you to be consistent with your program which also provides for a more safe program.

Here in the US you can get a LeLuv cylinder and a pistol style vacuum pump with hoses and gauge for under $100. Pistol style vac pumps can be found in brake bleeder kits or stand alone. All of this is available on Amazon and many other online merchants.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Yes I believe 3 months is the bare minimum, if there are even slight gains after this period I will most likely go on with the routine for 3 more months.

That’s a fair point with the time. I would much prefer the 20 minutes pumping than hours of extender for sure. But I am unsure if these extenders can be worn during work, do they bulge alot or can I tie it down along my tights or some sort of concealing technique I can use for it. Even if it can’t be concealed then I can use it during my gaming time which is a daily occurrence from 1 to 3 hours. All tho I wonder is that even enough for any viable gains?

Pump on the other hand would be used after my stretching and jelqing session. Which makes it simple and practical to incorporate in my routine.

Good point. Pump is in the lead.

Extender gains are usually generated from time under tension, and the more time per day you can extend, the sooner (relatively speaking) you will see results. Think of seeing results in the extender in hundreds of hours, even a thousand and more.

I am unaware of anyone who has come up with a plan to be able to wear an extender at work or in public setting. Any tightly restricting clothes will likely prevent the extender from working correctly.

When I was extending (trying to straighten a curve) I wore loose shorts or sweat pants. I usually wore it for an hour, took it off for 15 minutes and strapped it back on for another round.

Sometimes the extender will pop loose and you definitely do not want to be in public when that happens. Other times your dick will tell you to get this thing off of me NOW!

I guess its decided then. Ill be getting the pump when the time is right. By the way, this is the pump I found that has a gauge and is quite cheap just 50€. Would this be the type of pump you recommend?

You need to make sure you get the correct cylinder size. Read through this for some guidance:

Thank you.

I prefer pumps. I’ve never noted any gains from using an extender, though I usually set it to the highest setting and similarly haven’t gotten results from high force stretching of any kind I’ve tested.

I prefer air pumps to water pumps. The post pump expansion from water pumping is better and lasts longer for some reason, but it’s much easier to use an air pump for me.

Starting: 7"bplx5.2" 2017 (shrunk from disuse)(originally 8"bplx4.5", gained to 9"bplx6")

Current: 9.0"bplx6.125" 2020

Goal: 11.5"bplx7" 2021.
