Extender question: Is soreness necessary for growth?
Hello, I’ve just begun my extending journey because I believe my newbie gains have been maximized. I’ve been noticing my soreness during sessions are no more after a couple weeks. I have previously read other guys feel the soreness during every single session. On the other hand, I understand others don’t feel any soreness at all.
What does this mean for a person in my situation? Is it recommended to increase tension for every workout? Am currently stretching at 1 1/2” beyond BPEL now with no fatigue. Should I chase the soreness in order to gain or is the body already working hard in the background? Thanks.
