I’ve heard that some of the extenders commercially available now are among the most effective PE devices, but most that I’ve seen are quite expensive. Does anyone know of a (relatively) inexpensive, high-quality extender? Where could I purchase one?

I am also curious and I wanna add to A-tren’s question. Is it true that extenders are effective? Can anyone attest to that? Thanks

Well best device.does it mean it works or it doesn’t restrict bloodflow? What’s up? I wanna know if that type of PE actually works and how well does it work? I’ve seen the thread on Pro-Extender I think or Penimaster was it, huge huge thread and you couldn’t make out whether those things work or not at all.

Sifting through posts, it sounds like the gains were mostly for flaccid (though most people didn’t measure FL). I went and bought a PM and have limited success so far - I don’t know whether or not the gains came from manual stretches or ADS, since I’ve been using both nearly since I’ve started. In my opinion, the ADS allow for a better FL hang, but I don’t think there’s enough tension to really stretch the ligs. I made my own $10 ADS from the instructions here, but just found the PM to be easier to use (and easier to conceal).

I think the consensus is mixed, since alot of people use ADS in conjunction with manual stretching. If anything though - it doesn’t negatively affect gains.

My biggest complaint is that it’s uncomfortable to wear at times; sometimes I can wear it for one hour intervals without a problem, others I can only wear it for 30 min. at a time.

When I say the best, I mean the safest and most comfortable. Any extender device with a noose should not be used. It is still too early to say for sure about gains with this device in my case. Because I have used almost every facet of PE for the last three years it is hard to say what exactly has done what. But I will say this. I honestly feel that MOST of my gains, if not all have come from wearing some sort of ADS after and in between heavy PE routines, especially hanging and manual stretching for length and jelqing, pumping and clamping for girth. I believe that if there is any one rule to successful enlargement, that it is we simply MUST keep the penile tissues extend as much as possible as the micro-tears heal, and for me this device and pe weights or a combination of both does it with more comfort and safety than anything I’ve worn so far.

I used an extender for close to a year and made solid erect length gains. I used the extender exclusively and did not hang nor do any manual stretches. This was before I discovered Thunders and had not heard of hanging nor manual stretching. I am very reluctant to endorse one over the other since different people react differently to different programs. I will say extenders and hanging both work.

This is why I wish I had discovered Thunders a long time ago. That is truly excellent advice.

extending verses hanging

When I put on this extender and crank it all the way out, my flaccid stretch length is about the same as when I hang 20 pounds with the Bib Starter. Only this same stretch is much more comfortable because I’m not having to clamp as tightly to get the same pull. It seems to me that with diligent use an extender type workout followed with jelqing and the wearing of an ADS would be as productive as a hanging regimen utilizing equal amounts of time, but with much more comfort and less trouble. If PE is easier and comfortable we tend to do more of it. Also if we can multi task we do more. Why should I keep myself tethered to my desk hanging 20 pounds from a pulley, when I can be walking around the house multi tasking getting the same stretch without the pain.

Girtha, what’s an ADS? (Sorry I can’t see it in the PE FAQ under acronyms) - maybe someone should add it?

I really like your posts - very informative and you’re also making me wonder if I should hold off from my PE regime (going to start VERY soon like 1 week when equipment arrives) - maybe I should get some weights and never let it turtle after a workout.

ADS- All Day Stretch device. Do a search.

As to whether they work, or which one is best?
Here’s the deal- first decide if you believe that PE is for real.
You’re here at TP, so let’s assume that you do.

Then decide if you believe that ADS concept works.
If no, then there is no difference between devices, right?

If yes, ask yourself if you really believe that there is any substantive difference between being suspended be a JES or an Andro or a PM or an AutoExtend.
[I leave out PEWeights and AutoADS as there are subtle differences in the nature of the force applied that could cloud the issue]

I believe no- stretched is stretched- the trick is actually wearing the device in question.

Here is where you have to make judgements on comfort and stealth- if it hurts or is awkward, you probably won't wear it- in which case no matter how much of a bargain, you still wasted your ducats.

Without being dismissive, you will have to make your own analysis and subsequent choices at some point, or else you might as well head to a paysite and let someone else do your thinking for you. Nothing wrong with that, just saying.

Do a search for AutoADS and consider it for your anti-turtle device- rings are great, and Monty’s are the best, but they aren’t for everyone as they can be a bit awkward and are only semi-stealth at best.

I`ve used the Penimaster for 3.5yrs and am pleased with it but like the other posters, I`ve also used stretch and jelq and a pump so hard to assess which has made most difference tho I`d say the Penimaster.

Re comfort, it has a strap rather than a noose so should be comfortable. It will hurt if you wear it too tight so that you can apply excessive force which is not the point (in fact it’s counterproductive). Moderate sustained traction doesn`t just stretch, it encourages cellular growth over time and that’s where the gains come from.

149euros is pretty good value I think.

androNYC makes a couple of very good points here. The first being, stretched is stretched. It really doesn’t matter which ADS you use as long as you keep stretched as much as possible. The second being, don’t delay, start now. Procrastination is the enemy here, that and a turtling dick(IMO) There are many members here, some of them vets who feel the Never Let it Turtle issue is not pertinent. I feel it is the most important aspect of the craft, but this is MY opinion. However, there is one thing we all agree on and that is get to it. Don’t wait for the perfect device. The gadgets of PE are constantly being developed and improved, and spending too much time and/or money searching for the best one is counter productive. You should be working the Newbie routine while you research devices. Getting through this basic program is the second step to a bigger dick. You’ve already taken the first step, you found us.

Girtha, I totally agree actually - no experience I know but something tells me that using a light ADS like the autoads inbetween sets would make a difference

I hope to test this theory soon - just depends on what pants to wear for work

I used your advice about not letting the unit turtle up. So I decided to kill two birds at once, I ordered the tcltugger, it does two things, restores foreskin by pulling action and also has the unit stretched at all times if you have the straps on. I’ve used it for about three weeks so far, I see gains in both directions, foreskin and length. I’ve missed Pe for those 3 weeks because I was getting accustomed to the tool. I think some kind of ADS will benefit PE greatly as I see a gain during the break from PE.go figure :)
