I’m not sure this is where I post this, but I cannot post anywhere else!

I’ve been peing for awhile now, probably over a year, and am having difficulty gaining anything!

I have gained maybe a quarter of an inch in girth and I thought I had gained almost an inch in length, but realized I am measuring differently than I was in the beginning.

I’m up to 7.5+ BPEL measured from the top and 8+ from the side with just over 5.25 girth. I started out at around 5” girth and just at 7” BPEL I’m pretty sure.

While I have gained a small amount in the past year, for the amount of time and effort I have put in I feel I should have gained a significant amount more.

I started off using a bathmate 5+ days a week for 4 5 minute pumping sessions for 3 months (my girth gains). I later got the x4 labs extender and used it for 6+ hours a day 5-7 days a week for 2+ months. My roommate took the extender for some reason and I switched to manual stretching and continued up until almost 2 months ago where I began hanging. I started with a sock hanger at 8 lbs ( I was manual stretching pretty hard and this didn’t feel heavy). I am now up to 13 lbs and use the malehanger. While I have seen significant BPFSL gains (from 7.75 after x4 extender usage to 8.5 on a good day now) I have seen no gains in BPEL. I do the basic 3x20 routine (BTC and SD) 5-7 days a week and have recently started clamping every other day. I do warm-up stretches and use a rice sock before, during and after each set. I also use the esl40 for no less than 2 hours a day to keep my dick stretched out.

What am I doing wrong? Should I do a decon break? Should I just keep hanging and eventually I’ll find a weight that works? Should I add any exercises?

First off your starting with great numbers. But this is your biggest mistake in my opinion…

Take a deacon break and put all the gear away. Start over with manuals. The bathmate in particular pulls too much pressure for someone just starting out. Take some time to think about what your goals are. Best of luck.

So the numbers say. Unfortunately I definitely don’t feel that way. To me, my schlong has always felt small, I guess that’s why we’re all here.

I’ve been seriously considering a decon break, but I would hate to lose any “gains” I may have made. I did pump wayyyy to hard when I started out. Got extreme edema.

My goals is 9+ x 5.75+ focusing on length first.

That’s right man we’re all basically here because of that insecurity well not all but most.

Take that break for two reasons. First and foremost your brain needs it. Get away from worrying about your size. I’ve done this for thirty days and it helped. Second your dick needs it to kind of reset. Do a lot of reading here and come up with a routine of your own. Try manuals for a couple months. I’d say look up manual stretching routines along with edging.

I am personally OCD about PE but after I took that month off I realized how important it is. I take a month off every summer. I also try to take a week off every 4-6 weeks. Of course if your hanging that’s a tough choice to make.

What are the benefits of edging? Are they similar to clamping? Increase in amount of blood that be held in tunica which could maybe help my BPEL catch up to my BPFSL?

Exactly! I’ve gotten pretty into hanging and from what BIB and others state, you should never take breaks from it (especially so frequently) because your unit will “toughen”

Believe me I get where you are coming from.

Edging has so many benefits beside potential for growth. It can help with EQ and premature ejaculation. It’s also fun!
