I’ve noticed that some complain that new members don’t post, well here is my first post.

My story,

I started PE way back when Hubbard’s site was new. I jelqed and tried that damn swim cap thing but .. Hell I could never get it to work. I think I started at about 6.2 BPEL and jelqed my way up to just under 7 inches in about 6 months. Then I stopped .. Sort of, I still and always have manually stretched with my hands but never even knew this was a form of PE?!

Anyway, here I am back again and amazed how things have evolved and advanced!

I have went down to 6.5 starting out again 3 weeks ago but really quickly have made it back up to 7 again! Which is really a tad bit bigger than I was before. I haven’t measured girth yet as I don’t have a wrap around tape measure thing but will measure as soon as a way becomes available.

My first week in I focused on jelqing and manual stretching, after that I started hanging..

I have constructed a captain’s wrench which is awesome! And am now hanging 2 days on 1 off with 6 pounds to start 3 sets of 20 minutes each. Immediately after hanging I jelq 10 minutes or until I feel fatigued enough, then I do an ADS wrap until I go to bed.

Any input on my routine would be appreciated, and Thank You Thunders for such an informative awesome site!

Wow that seems like a great routine, most vets won’t recommend hanging to newbies, but your not really a newbie.

What should I use as my starting measurement? 6.2 6.5 or 7?

Well since you started again.That was 6.5, so say you have gained .5 in EL.

A common misconception.

No, hes not a newbie, as such, as he has past PE experience, but, he hasnt PE’ed for a long time, so for all intents and purposes, he IS a newbie.

A newbie’s penis is not conditioned in any way for Hanging (or Clamping etc, for that matter)

Yes he PE’d for 6 months a while ago, but since then his penis has deconditoned (just like taking a deconditioning break) so really he should follow the newbie routine for a minimum of 3 months to recondition himself for the rigours of Hanging.

So to sum it up, I would say stick to the Newbie routine for at least 3 months before hanging, but if you choose to carry on with your current routine, then more power to you.

I probably should have stuck with the newbie routine for a while longer but I just couldn’t resist. I wanted to start hanging as soon as possible because my personal opinion is that that is where the real gains are.. Not to mention that I always wanted to hang way back when, but couldn’t find a method (device) that worked for me. Anyway I’m hanging with 6 pounds one hour a day 2 days on 1 off which to me seems reasonable and I will very slowly increase when I find 6 pounds isn’t working anymore..

Oh and I measured my girth last night it’s 5.75 at base and 5.25 at the end mid shaft is 5.5 respectively. I didn’t realize I had decent girth now.. Way back when I started PE before I was 4.75. I’m literally blown away but my goal is 6” and my length goal is 8”.. That seems to be a very common goal. :-)

I too have just started back up 2 days ago after a long time off. I’m going to run the newbie program for as long as I can resist (a month?) I have my Capt’s Wench down in the hold, a parrot on my shoulder,and once I’ve docked this beast I’m gonna whip her into shape! Arggh!
