Fast gains?
This question has for sure shown up earlier. But anyway. Gaining length by stretching ligs (manual stretching, hanging etc). Takes more time than jelquing in the beginning? Stretching ligaments isn’t the easiest, no matter what ligament on your body you try to pull. Jelquing breaks down cells which are replaced by thougher ones. Even if the cells are like 1,5 * 10^1000 mm in size there are so many it actually is benefictual and messurable gains….
Though it seems like the hardcore gainers mostly hang. And it seems like there were they have put on the most gains…
