It does wonders for your body and mind, just wanna make sure to eat healthy as you can as well.
Used to follow that exact time regimen of eating/fasting as well. It’s actually the original way of doing it, the blueprint if you will. Now I get away with fasting only 2- 3 days a week, as in staying shredded still.
And to the OP, fasting is one of the best things you can do for your body and mind, and what the others have said is all true. It boosts both your testosterone and HGH.
Just remember to not drink anything that contains calories in your fasted state because if you do so your fast will be broken. Drink black coffee only if you need caffeine.
And be prepared to get shredded fast as hell, I went from a little chubby on my stomach to a 6- 8 pack within 3 weeks of doing it and I even worked out in a fasted state but did drink some BCAA’s to prevent muscle loss. That is actually how you’re supposed to do it according to the PT that invented this way of fasting, the IF way.
Also you’ll be feeling way more energetic once you get used to being fasted and you’ll feel much more alert, mentally present and sharp, which also is all good.
Good luck and may I say it’s a really, really good choice you’ve made for your own health as the majority of people today eats way too much and can’t handle feeling hungry at all.
The human body isn’t made for digesting food 24/7 it needs to be empty and by doing so you’ll also reduce any sort of inflammation in your muscles as your blood will be busy repairing stuff instead of digesting all damn day.

As long as a big can of Gillette shaving cream(7,5" or 19 cm), with picture proof in the 'full body picture' section. Pictures is the ultimate proof in the pudding, IMO.
