feeling the need for an extra rest day?
Yesterday was my rest day from the newbie routine (2on 1 off) but ive been increasing the intensity of my exercises and I feel as if my penis needs and extra day to recuperate this week. If indeed my penis is 100% but I feel it is not and I take another rest day today, how much will that set me back? I hope this make sense. Its like I feel my penis is tired but what if it really isnt and its just me and I do end up taking today as a rest day? What could be the setbacks? Could I loose some gains??
