Okay so I started MANUAL stretching back in October. October and November were VERY good months for me. I was able to get my stretches in no problem because I was only working 6 hours a day for 5 days week (UPS). Ever since December I picked up this new job where I’ve been working 12 hour shifts and I’m not gone lie to yall I be sore and lethargic I go in at 5PM and get off at 5AM (but I gotta catch the 530 bus and it likes to layover so I don’t get home until almost 7 AM). I aint do a DAMN thing in December smh so how my question to yall is how many hours do yall work? Is your life based around the stretching? Or do you work the stretching to fit your daily lives? I have a 2-2-3 schedule (so its Work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, off 2 days, work 2 days, off 3 days, repeat) but I been so tired ever since I got this new job.


Then (sometime in April 2024) - BPEL : 7; MEG : 5.3 ~

Now - BPEL : 7 - 7 1/4 not sure; MEG : 5.8

~ 8.5 BPEL X 6.5 MEG IS WHAT I WILL ACHIEVE ~

I’m in accounting and it gets busy too during quarterly closes but 12h shifts is nuts. I would probably not do that long term.

I work from home 1-2 days per week, and when I’m not then I wear my extender on the commute (train) which gives me approx 1-2hrs. I sit in the toilet area so I can take it off if I really need to.
When I’m back home I do the remaining time to get to 4h.
Before I hit the bed I do my 1h stretching/jelqing routine. And yes sometimes it means I go to bed at 1 am but I try not to.
I suggest stay hydrated and get as good sleep as possible.
I had to sacrifice a big portion of my gym endeavours otherwise it wouldn’t be realistic for my PE/work life.


2022: BPEL: 7.08" x MSEG: 5.00"/18.0cm x 12.7cm.

2024: BPEL: 7.50" x MSEG: 5.30"/19.0cm x 13.5cm.

Extender: 1.3k hours (13/10/2024). Goal: 3k hours.

I work retail so my hours are all over the place, what I’ve found helpful is just looking at your schedule and figuring out where you might have time. Might have to get creative too. For me that means the car ride from home to work, there and back I get an hour in. At night if I watch tv I can also get an hour in. Really just depends on what you like to do and how you can effectively get in that time to stretch

Aye there AshKetchup! I typically work anywhere from 10-12 hours up to 5 days a week, so I understand working time in to PE! I love using Pumping on my breaks and ADS throughout my work days! This allows me to have rest days and affectively PE while working for long hours. It also does not cut in to my personal life and allows me time to rest at home after being exhausted.

I work a 12 hour schedule. 4 on 4 off. Work days I don’t get much PE in. Then make up for it on my off days.

I do do piss pulls when I get chance at work. Also, I have a 45 minute drive to and from work. So that’s an hour & a half-2 hours BTC stretching, which I really think helped a lot with BEG. I’ve gained .75” BEG.

2/17/20-BPEL-7.125” MEG-5”

Goal- 8”x5.5”

Long work hours are tough, especially if you are out and about doing physical work.

Some guys are of the opinion that training 3-4 days a week is a good way to keep your tissues pliable for growth, and it is possible that more training can toughen up tissues in a way that interferes with continuous, long-term gains. Their perspective is that less is more.

So maybe just do your PE on the days you are off. If you track your workouts and results you might find it is enough to keep growing. If not then you can go back to the drawing board.

I think PE is all about privacy, if you live alone, even when your dog tired, it’s easy to just pull your pants down and do something, active or passive even during dinner or in front of tv. I work in IT project mgmt and we work crazy long hours. Even when we finish a project, we’re always cooking something new. If your a driver, extender wouldn’t be a practical thing, your just constantly moving in and out of your truck unless you actually have steady 45 min drive. And you need to be able to take it out as soon as you need to hop off your vehicle. Even if you’re not a driver and say your a warehouse lead, your constantly moving on dock checking packages. With your sched, you can do stretches on bathroom breaks, hang or pump before or after work, extend during bus ride. I think there’s still opportunities, you just need to figure those times. I have a big family so I don’t get much privacy but I pump 20 min morning and 20 min Eve before bed. If I can stretch or Jelq at every bathroom break, I would but if not, thats ok. For me, I just have to be consistent with the 40 mean routine I gave myself. I’d like to extend but I’m seeing a lot of people and im presenting a lot so I’m just not able to have a bulge on my pants that shaped unnaturally. I do own an extender and maybe someday I can figure out something more stealth
