Few questions for a newbie PE. Help appreciated.

Few questions for a newbie PE. Help appreciated.

Hi. I am new to this forum and would like to say hello to everyone. This seems like a great forum and I look forward to posting here.

I read the newbie routine and basically I have a few questions.

One is on the jelq exercise. How often do I alternate between the overhand and underhand grip and also how do I do Kegels. When I read the instructions on how to do Kegels I came to the conclusion that to do Kegels it was basically tense the muscle you use when you want to stop pissing half-way and then hold and release. Can this be confirmed.

Also does a diet play an important part in any gains and exercising frequently?

A big thank-you in advance for help.

First stroke overhand, second stroke underhand. Though this is not a fixed rule, whatever feels comfortable is right

Correct.

Diet plays an important role in your over all well being, weather or not it has any significant impact on PE is not yet determined. You should however try to intake less foods that contain estrogen.

Anything else?

Hey MMA, Thatcat gave you some good advice.

What you need to understand is that PE is not a science, it is first of all an individual experience. That means that what works for me, may not work for you and vice verse.

But what is true for everyone is that you should start with the newbie routine; and also, do your reading and searching. There is some very valuable info posted here by various members, it would be wise to read because that way you can prevent injuries - no need to experience everything on yourself.

But anyways, welcome to Thunder’s!

Thank you very much for your help and advice.

I am going to follow the Newbie workout religiously.

It says Gradually increase to 10 min total of stretches and 30 min of jelqing over about 6 weeks time.

So heres my routine. Please feel free to critique.

WEEk 1
5 min hot wrap
5 min manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 min of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 min hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each

WEEK 2
5 min hot wrap
6 min manual stretch
14 min of jelq
5 min hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each

WEEK 3
5 min hot wrap
7 min manual stretch
18 min of jelq
5 min hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each

WEEK 4
5 min hot wrap
8 min manual stretch
22 min of jelq
5 min hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each

Week 5
5 min hot wrap
9 min manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
26 min of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 min hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each

Week 6
5 min hot wrap
10 min manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
30 min of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 min hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each

Sorry if this post isn’t the easiest to read.

Yeah so what about this routine. Sound any good?

Thanks again for the help.

There’s no way for you to know what your dick will be able to take in six weeks unless you have reached six weeks of active PE. Therefore I suggest you don’t plan that far ahead this early in the process. Also, read up on some more theory here. There are people who mention different ways of using intensity, not just a gradual increase over time. Do a search on the peterdick method.

Three key things to remember about PE is that it is different for everyone. Some people gain quick, some people gain slow, there is no one way that is correct.

Hey. I PMed Chicken my routine and he said it was fine. He just told me not to overdo it. To listen to my penis. Basically I take this as meaning there should be no pain.

Would you say it would be best for me to take the first two weeks out the routine and then take it from there.

Do what feels right for you. Your planned routine is in no way too advanced, but see what your penis says.
I hardly increased anything from the newbie routine within the first three months because my penis was feeling great and I felt no need to change anything. That’s why I’m telling you not to plan so far ahead and take baby steps as they come.

Happy dick pulling amigo :)
