Figuring Out PI's
Obligatory, not a beginner.
I had a great pump and stretching session yesterday that resulted me in having slightly worse EQ today. I woke up, and my flaccid felt more dense and my erection quality was weaker. The thing that stood out to me was that my size had not changed. I was the same size as I started, yet my EQ was lower. There isn’t a clear indication of a negative or positive PI. So it’s hard for me to base my rest days on that. I considered working out today again and then resting tomorrow because I can guarantee I will need it. But I could also benefit from a rest day today as well.
Would I consider this negative PI’s and rest today, or are they neutral/good, therefore I would workout today and rest tomorrow?
