Hey guys. So I use to be on another forum and was pretty inconsistent with PE the last few years that I’ve done it. It’s always been a matter of having the time to do it.

However I recently got a job that I will be driving for 8-9 hours a day and would really like to take advantage of it.

I do have an Leluv extender. Similar to Phalloson that I got on eBay. I also have one that you can attach to your head and strap it to your knee or waist. I am interested in also getting a clamping device and a jelqing roller so I do not have to manually jelq.

I am currently 7 inches BPEL and 5 inches EG. My head is a bit larger and I would like to gain more girth in my shaft and base.

My goals are 8.5 inches BPEL and 6inches EG.

Can someone please help me out with a good routine. I’m not a rookie or starting out. I’d like to jump right into it and get all the gains I can while I have the opportunity.

If it’s girth you’re after, pumping is the way to go.

I can both pump and extend while driving.
So if you can figure out a way to make it work for you, you’ve got a heck of an opportunity to make the gains you want.

I’m not sure about pumping while driving. I was considering getting some type of clamping device for girth. Do you have any suggestions on that?

I definitely will be extending though while driving. I’ve read 6-8 hours daily is recommended. I just have to decide what device to use for extension

Update fellas ! So I’ve been stretching for about a month now and have noticed about .25 inch in growth. I’ve tried a few different stretchers but the one I like it the one with the silicone and the cup and Velcro strap that you use the pump with.

My new question is. What is the best exorcise for girth? I’ve been doing the bathmate but haven’t noticed any gains in girth. I get it up to 190-195mm and use it for about 10-15 mins. Also it leaves a nasty imprint at the base.

I don’t really have time to jelq, what’s the next best thing for girth?
