Finally starting PE!!
Well I’m a newbie in the sense of actually performing the excersises, but not when it comes to the knowledge. I have been lurking and reading all of the posts, both recent and archived for some months now, and I am finally going ahead with my routine. I figured it would be best to soak in the knowledge, so I can therefore get the best gains, without any injuries or complications. This forum has of course been perfect for learning all of the various PE techniques. I’m excited to get going and to see some results, whether it be .1” or 1” it is all good to me!
My current measurements (June 24, 2002)
Flacid length - 4.5”
Flacid girth - 3”
ENBL - 6.4”
EBPL - 7.1”
EG - 4.5” at midshift, and 4.75” near the top
I’m looking for some initial lenght, and then I will focus on girth, becuase I’m really lacking there. I plan on hanging eventually, but for now my routine is as follows:
5 min hotwrap
5 min of manual stretching
5 min hotwrap
200 jelqs with a 2 second milk
300 kegels
5 min hotwrap
I think this should be a good beginner set to use, what do you guys think?
