First PE workout tonight! EXCITED

Well hello everyone!

Like the topic says, I will be doing my first PE workout tonight. I am excited I will be looking at the videos later. Just a few quick questions. I will be doing it in the shower and be warmed up with warm water. Should I keep the water on my unit for the whole time? How much pressure do I use during Jelqs? Any other first time tips?

Note: Will be following the newbie routine.

I also will be taking measurements tomorrow. Jerked off today and do not want the measurements to be off.

I would apply a fair amount of pressure with your jelqs but not to the point where it is painful. If your going to warm up in the shower, make sure it has had 5 minutes under the warm water and then it shouldn’t matter if it is still under throughout the routine.

First year or so is getting a feel of your dick and conditioning it. This is a long process. It takes years and years. Don’t rush it. Rush it and you could injure your little friend and ruin your life. After two years you should understand what conditioning your dick is all about.

When you have an erection do you have much extra foreskin?

If your foreskin is tight…the beginning is going to be a little rough. Stretching and jelqing will help you gain some foreskin. A well conditioned dick should be your first goal. The newbie routine will help get you there.

@Aces, I tried a dry Jelq a few mins ago i had to squeeze and seen my head really engorge.

I will not rush but it will be a battle of the wills. Will I see results? Will I have the self restraint to not go as hard as I want to? Gotta stay strong and steady.

You will gain as you condition your dick. That is part of it.

Think about a sausage casing. There is only so much sausage it can handle. Your circumcised foreskin is sorta like that. If you want to fit more cock/blood inside it then it needs to stretch and grow.

I had zero extra foreskin when I started. I now have lots and it makes everything better, including sex. It doesn’t cover my head, it resides on the shaft for the most part.

I would refrain from doing it in the shower because you will be in there a long time, if you get out, get dried off you body temperature will still be much higher than normal if you had a hot shower

The rice sock is a good bet for warming up, however I personally use a heating pad which is designed for aches and pains. It has lavender in it which is also supposedly good for blood flow.

The privacy thing is an issue which I guess you will have to work around.

I will work around it. Ok Well I got my stretches in..I felt like I was pulling to hard but I felt the stretch. I do not know if this explains it right, I was pulling hard on my dick then i thought I would have to in order to get the stretch. Also felt it in my head(the Glans?). No Jelqs got interrupted and had to handle a few things. Will do the Jelqs tonight after a proper warm up. I will try and make a rice sock tomorrow. No measurements today they will come in the next day or two.

Just replying to wish you good luck mate, as I have just started jelqs and stretching too
I’ll keep an eye out on this thread - makes me feel like I am not the only newbie
