First personalized routine attempt
Hello! It’s a while that I’m making experiments with with my penis, using jelqs and stretches, since those are the exercised proposed in the newbie routine. But then I became aware of the existence of V-stretches and liked them so much that I wanted to insert them in a routine. So, here’s my first attempt of a personalized routine. I’m posting it here for you to judge and give me advice (please!).
Routine:
- (Warmup)
- 60 dry jelqs (approx. 5 mins):
— 15 palm up left hand
— 15 palm up right hand
— 15 palm down left hand
— 15 palm down right hand
- Stretches (approx. 8 mins)
— 40” forward left hand palm up
— 40” forward right hand palm up
— 40” down left hand palm down
— 40” down right hand palm down
— 40” V-stretch (13” base, 13” mid, 13” base-mid) left hand
— 40” V-stretch (13” base, 13” mid, 13” base-mid) right hand
— 40” left stretch palm down
— 40” right stretch palm down
— 40” down left hand palm down
— 40” down right hand palm down
- 40 dry jelqs (approx. 4 mins):
— 10 palm up left hand
— 10 palm up right hand
— 10 palm down left hand
— 10 palm down right hand
- (Warmup)
TOT: warmup + approx. 20 mins
I put the warmup in brackets because I am not anytime in conditions to do it.. So, how is it?
