Personalized Girth Routine?

Hello everyone,

My current stats are 7.5” BPEL x 4.65” EG (same girth throughout), or about 1.625” wide. I’ve had some trouble measuring girth but I think that’s about right. Anyway, I’ve made about .5” of length gains in about six months of PE, almost entirely due to about 2 months of hanging. I’m now content with my length and would really like to focus on girth, but nothing I’ve done so far has increased it at all. I did the newbie routine, I tried a few months of perfect jelqs, I tried PE everyday and with days off, and all to no avail on girth. I may have even lost about .1” girth :( . At this point I’m pretty sure it was due to overtraining. I would notice good PI’s and improved morning wood for my first few days after starting a routine, but then EQ would plummet after a few more days, and in retrospect I think I have been overtraining for girth. I’ve purchased a bathmate and have just begun a new routine that looks like this (basically DLD’s SSJ/Bathmate Girth Blasters):

5min warmup in the shower

3x:
5 minute bathmate full pressure
5 minute intense manual girth work (o-bends, SSJs, horse 440s, perfect jelqs, manual ulis etc.. Just whatever I feel like) at varying erection levels

And then a 5 min warmdown (or should I do cooldown?)

And I’ll be doing this monday wednesday friday, or just every other day.

The bathmate leaves me with a better flaccid hang but also a bit of a squishy dick. Is this a bad PI?

I also own some clamps and a cockring, and could add those in if they come recommended. I’m also taking some supplements like l-arginine, fish oil, vitamin d, multivitamin etc..

The most predictable output of your routine will be an injury. I think you should turn your perspective upside down: it is time under tension, not tension per se, triggering true growth. For example, I don’t know how far can go the pressure with the bathmate, but I tend to believe that it is too high to be beneficial. You seem to believe that more force can cut the time required to grow : this is not true. The range of useful forces is narrow, in absolute terms. A too high or too low force will be not efficient for growth.

Desperate with gaining girth?

Horse squeezes should help, but they are more dangerous than any girth manual exercise I’ve ever done.

If you are not so speedy Gonzalez in gaining girth, but to gain it steady and with low risk of injury, dry jelqs are the best. You can combine it with some dose of fulcrum stretching- better expansion.

P.S. Almost all of routines are “personalized” (except Newbie Routine).

I did bathmate pumping a lot before and I have tried all kind of pumping schedules with bathmate. And it were nice to come out the pump after a session with a heavy fat dick that looked liked a monster. But it gave me nothing but just a waste of time and my gains slowed down. But what I learned with the bathmate and the best way in the long run to achive gains is pumping at low pressure for longer time and then jelqing after pumping session every other day or 2 on 1 off so you don’t kill your EQ.

I love manual exercises and boundle stretches followed by downward fulcrum stretches.. long holds doin wonders for me.

But everybody is different and there are many who have great success with the bathmate.

My advice to you is that you take it easy with the pressure and it’s way much better to do a 15-20 minutes or two 10 minutes sessions at low to moderate pressure with jelqing between than a 5 minute session at max pressure.

Heat is the key!

So it seems like a mix of longer time lower pressure pumping and manual girth exercises is what I’m hearing. If I do two 10 minute pump sessions would you recommend something like the following:

5 min warmup
10 min pump
10 min manual girth
10 min pump
10 min manual girth
5 min warmdown

For manual girth I like perfect jelqs and horsies and manual uli’s especially. With those I get real expansion where my index finger goes from wrapping around my penis touching about a quarter inch below the thumb joint to about a quarter inch above it, very roughly, and the penis gets blood red.

You had better include some firegoat rolls in your routine.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

It seemed to me that every time I get really good expansion during a workout it gets super red, like flooded with blood, which I thought was good (its not actually blood-red just super red, maybe like sunburn red). Is that not good? The discoloration is not permanent (not yet anyway…) and I don’t care so much about it…

I just read back over monochrome’s comment about the finishing full pressure pump, so maybe I’ll try this out:

5 min warmup
10 min pump (medium pressure)
10 min manual girth
10 min pump (medium pressure)
10 min manual girth
5 min pump (high pressure)
5 min warmdown

totaling about an hour hanging out in the bathroom three days a week after I go to the gym (dunno if that makes a difference…)

I almost complete my PE exercises with “firegoat rolls.” The only discoloration I have experiences is a darkening of my total shaft minus the glans. The shaft has taken on a tanned appearance as though it has a suntan. I do not think that this is a negative, however.

Is there some advantage, do you think, to keeping the penis in a semi-engorged state at all times? For example, in addition to this every other day routine do you think I should throw on the bathmate for just like five minutes the other every other morning just to keep it plump? Or do you think that would be unnecessary and would interfere with recovery?
