"firegoat roll" discoloration prevention, control, and removal
The firegoat roll has saved my PE career. I am now able to control discoloration with an aggressive clamping, pumping, bending, and modified jelqing routine which is yielding a harvest of gains.
Before I heard about the firegoat roll I had no choice but to take days off so the discoloration wouldn’t get out of control. Sometimes the days off were beneficial but sometimes if I were to skip a certain session at a certain time, I would be set back with a loss. This of course is confusing to me that I would lose gains by skipping single sessions, but then it hit me. I realized that I wasn’t doing PE throughout the day anymore like I used to and the certain exercises that kept me plump, I was just doing a light morning routine and my night routine.
The discoloration made me afraid to Uli and bend as much, and because of this I would pump and jelq more; and also clamp but not as much. I lost a decent amount of uncemented gains do to this but I still came out ahead, but the point is I could of had much more if I were able to do maintain expansion throughout the day. Now that I have the firegoat roll in my arsenal, I can bend and Uli throughout the day intensely again to maintain expansion without worrying about discoloration. I also clamp and pump, but I only do that in my night sessions and occasionally the morning sessions if I have time. The bottom line is pumping is not a good method by itself. It must be supplemented with the other exercises to provide a benefit, otherwise the gains are ultimately temporary.
Firegoat also has a method to improve the circumcision scar area. All you do is lightly pinch around the scar, and in time it should improve that area as well. The reason I started this thread is everybody needs to know about the “firegoat roll.” All you do is roll the penis in between your palms with a semi erect, erect, or flaccid penis after every form of PE you do for a few minutes. The results are instant, so you could stop doing the roll once the discoloration fades before your eyes. Don’t worry if there is still some redness after a big workout because that goes away in time. The dark bruising should be gone though before you stop rolling.
