First Post 7.5 base size
Hello all!
This is my first post.. I’m naturally 7.5 in x 4.75-5 in width. I used to PE and can normally attain 8 in in 3 weeks. I’ve been on and off for about 3 years and have zero of my original gains at this point. My girth is to laugh at and every time I’d PE I only grew in length. My question is how could I cement my gains? I’m going to start again soon just need a bit of advice before starting again.
Typical routine: warm up 5 min with sock, stretch for roughly 30 seconds in each direction about 3 times each, do about 200 jelqs, with some Uli stretches about every 20, then cool down about 5 min.
Any advice would be great mainly for girth, my girth is pathetic. I know jelqs with higher are supposed to do the trick but not in my case.
