Post Jelq size

Why is it that I keep hearing after a WO you should be alittle larger than when erect. Girth wise I’m thicker, but length wise although larger than flacid, not as long (about 5 girth, 5.5 length post WO VS BP 6 3/4, girth 4 3/4 erect). Am I do something wrong?

Also I’d really like to get my EG over 5 when erect but it seems like as I get hard the girth just doesn’t seem to increase as much as length (its around 4 1/4 - 4.5 flacid girth). Is this the norm?

I’ve been doing PE for about a yr now, gained 1/2 length and about 1/4 EG and I have to say that I’ve overtrain alot during that time. It seems I have made the best progress (and avoided ED) with doing girth EX 4-5 times a week (200-300 jelq stopping every 50 reps for a 30 second squeeze) and stretching everyday about 30 total reps @ 10 sec ea during the course of the day. This is the routine I want to try to stick to avoid overtraining but reach my goals (BP 7 + and EG 5+), does it seem about right?

getpump,

I can only speak for myself but if I get a good erection soon after a workout like jelqing, it is the girth that seems to get bigger. Any extra length after a workout is minimal.

So I don’t think you are out of the “norm”.

If this is what has worked for you then, yes it’s “right” As you probably know from reading different posts we all respond differently to routines and you need to experiment and find what works best for you.
