Hello all! I have been a long time lurker (and supposedly an accidental PE user as well!)

I’m very blunt so I’m going to cut to the chase.

I attempted to do the JP90 routine. I excluded jelq because it seems like my penis doesn’t seem to feel right when I try it, so I tried the stretching.

I accidentally did the stretches too hard, and the base of my penis let me know the next day..

I work security so I get a lot of intermittent walking and sitting. When I woke up I did not have morning wood, which can be normal for me. No big deal..

When you start doing PE again after no more symptoms be a little lighter in your routine and take rest days.Pay attention to your erections.

As b balls says, a total shut-down for a week (or even less) will cure what ails you. For me at least, stretching has quite the opposite effect of what you describe. It’s a stimulant, and I have good EQ immediately afterwards. Just to give you an idea of what you might expect. I think you just need to work into it.

I pulled much too hard, I use to stretch my penis as a teen out of boredom and nothing ever happened like this..

I think I was just being over zealous on it and just over did it.

For the future, how much tension should I use? I don’t want to hurt it again :/

I was thinking about getting an extender just so I could control the tension and see exactly what tension is being used and be able to log it as time goes on

Update :

Tonight I couldn’t take it and had to masturbate.

It was a little tiny bit harder to get hard but I could achieve orgasm and ejaculation, but it seems sensitivity was lowered much more.

Sorry I hope I’m not coming off like a worrier, I just worry about stuff a lot.

Does it seem like it’s okay? Should I wait another couple days?
