First post, presentation and advices

First of all I’m really impressed by the knowledge / experiences that is relayed here !
I always being interested by PE but I recently started to do it. Concidering my couple situation its hard to be regular with the newbie routine.
I do it at least 2/3 times a week. 6/7 minutes of stretch and 10/15 min of Jelq.
I started a month ago and I don’t see any results. I didn’t expect some because for me its hard to believe that it could be real even if its seems to when I read some post. I really hope that it could be.
If I got it, stretch will act on the suspensory ligament, so it will not help to grow the size in erection ?
Jelq are supposed to create some micro fissure to regenerate after all and grow your size in general.
At the beginning, I could feel the pressure on my penis when I used to do it, but not that much right now, I think that I’m doing it right even after seeing all the videos but I have some doubt about the exercise in the end. How is it about you guys ?
An other question : My dick is going a lil bit on the left side, I’m afraid that it could be more and more (Lapeyronie’s sickness), how can I be more careful about it ?
