Hey everybody. I have been around for a month or two and have been reading. I think this site might really be able to help me. Right now I am 6.75” bpel and 5” girth. Non bpel is 6”. I am really here because I would like to get my non bon pressed measurement up a bit to at least 7 inches. Hopefully I can get my bone pressed measurement up to around 8 inches at least. I really only want to add about a half inch to my girth as I am pretty happy with it, though I wouldn’t be mad if I gained more. What kind of gains do you all think I can acheive in the non bone pressed department? I usually stretch for 5-10 minutes and then jelq for around 15-20 minutes. All replies appreciated.
