First Time Post
Hello, This is actually my first post, but I have been on these forums for some time(1+ years). It has been quiet a journey.
My current stats are 6.5” BPEL and 4.7 MEG
I’m Currently working on both hoping for around 7.5” BPEL and 5.5 MEG, but as many say it’s a marathon not a sprint.
My Current routine is:
-10 min warm up
-30 second in each direction(Towards abdomen, down, left right) manual stretches
-100 wet jelqs
These Alternate:
-15 min clamping
-5 min warm up
-50 wet jelqs
-15 min air pump at ~5 Hg
(Repeat 2x increasing only pump time to 30 min and increasing to ~6Hg with warm up and 50 more wet jelqs)
End with:
-100 wet jelqs
-10 min warm down
-5 min massaging.
I also Kegel through all exercises.
I do this 3-4 times a week and will sometimes new a night pumping sessions.
A little backstory:
I started just to get bigger just using clamping, and had read a post about wearing all day CR to gain size, so I bought 3 pack and the smallest size claimed to be 1.4” diameter. I was so excited to get these CR and begin this new adventure. Once I received my package and opened it and the smallest CR could probably fit around my wrist, at the point I did some searching and discovered pumping. Which I bought an air pump setup with a 1.5” cylinder because I figured that would allow me to grow into. Well once I received my tube it was too small and I had to basically had cram into it. I ordered the 1.75” and it seemed to give me a little bit of room to grow so I have been using that for 2+ months now.
As for pumping, I decided to try to adventure out of the 6Hg levels into the 10Hg for about 1-3 min at the end of my session, Once coming out of the tube, My Unit was massive (to me) I couldn’t even touch my fingers with an O grip around it, but I also developed a slight donut(which went away) and I was back to normal size around a hour later. Really, hoping to see that type of result as more permanent down the road.
Hopefully I can continue to grown and adventure into more stuff(Maybe get into that CR as intended.)
