I just stumbled across this forum and read all the basics. I think this stuff sounds amazing and I would love another inch or so. I’m currently at a flat 6 long, not sure how much girth. According to the polls I’m average, but I feel like these days, if you are average then you are small. I almost have no confidence. My ex cheated on me with someone who I know has a bigger penis than I do. It sucks.

I was thinking about taking pills or something but it seems like this may be a better bet to start with. I have a sample routine I’m going to follow below. Please critique?

5 min warm-up
5 min (30 sec. Intervals) manual stretches
5 min jelq
5 min cool down

Should I add a little more here?

I guess my biggest question is: I don’t want to put my hope in something that isn’t going to work or will just let down my hopes of having a bigger penis. Does this REALLY work?

Also, is it ok to masterbate after you finish your workout? How about right before? What time is best?

Looks like a good enough routine to me. The only thing that should make you alter your routine is your PIs (physiological indicators, go look ‘em up). Don’t forget to take rest days which you haven’t mentioned (hey look up the newbie routine too:P ).

Does it work? For me yes. I got great newbie gains, some small genuine post newbie growth in length and girth. Also, my erection quality went through the roof. So I have to say I am extremely pro-PE.

As for masturbation, that debate has been going on like crazy on the forum. I say do what you like, and pay attention to your PIs. You are supposed to enjoy that penis of yours after all.;)

Sorry to hear about your ex. Being cheated on really sucks. Move on and don’t think about other guys’ penises y’hear? When you get a good girl who isn’t a cheater then such a thing isn’t even a worry.:)

Thinklonger ,Yes , this works for getting a larger penis . Check out my stats. You just have to want it and
have enough tenacity to keep at it . I made most of my gains doing a newbie routine . You’ll find several here if you look . And read as much as you can . Other have stomped around here and they have left a lot of information for you .
As far as jacking and PE , Keep them in check with each other . You can over do jacking and PE exercises .
PE is exercise . Your dick will get fatigued if you work it too much .
When you stretch it too far , it thinks it’s being injured , and will turtle , try to retreat and protect itself .
The best thing you can do is learn how to COAX out your dick and not PULL it out .
It’s your friend . Take care of it .

It looks like you have a good routine to start with . Start slow and take your time . This is a marathon ,
not a sprint .

There’s exercises here , not sure if they have JAI stretches here . But they are light pulls , about 2 seconds .
then you release about 2 seconds . You can judge how much you pull by watching the shaft of your dick to see how far it’s being stretched . Repeat these several times . And go light with them .
You’ll find that less is more when it comes to PE .
That should get you started . I’ll check in on you from time to time .

It’s rare, but I thought I’d just throw out there are some members that haven’t gained anything from the newbie routine but a better EQ and a better flaccid, but like I said it’s rare. There are many other options in PE to try after you do the newbie routine for a while. Hang in there, this is a marathon not a sprint.

Looks very similar to the newbie routine which I have recently re-started. Highly recommended and I would add the only thing you have missed from it: kegels. These are said to have a very positive effect on your EQ and this in turn could give you some small scale growth alone simply due to better erections.
