First timer here, looking for a bit of help.
Hello everyone, this is my first post here and my first time actually trying PE. I actually heard about some of these exercises a while back but never really tried anything because my brother one day admitted to me that he tried manual exercises and said “they don’t work” Well, just about everyone and everything I hear seems to have that same mindset. That PE is just not possible by any means. whether pills, pumps, or exercises. Then I come here and read all this stuff and again the fascination of possibly being larger sucked me in. So I finally decided to give it a try for myself. Not just go by what everyone else says or what I read. All the people here seem to know what they are doing and have had good results so I’m very confident that I too will have success. I figure I have nothing to lose and lots to gain so I’m going to try it out. After reading up it seems that the best bet at this point for me is to start off with some manual stretching, wet jelqs, and kegals. I figure I’ll stick to that for a while and see how it turns out. Hopefully I’ll get some good gains. My main goal is girth which I understand is a bit tougher but anything will help. My current stats are:
current: 6.25 EL x 5 EG (although it’s 4.5 at the base)
goal: 7.5 EL x 5.75-6 EG
Are these goals reasonable? Seeing as I want good girth gains I will eventually try some clamping and hanging, and possibly pumping but maybe in a few months.
What do you guys think? Any help or advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
