Hello everyone, this is my first post here and my first time actually trying PE. I actually heard about some of these exercises a while back but never really tried anything because my brother one day admitted to me that he tried manual exercises and said “they don’t work” Well, just about everyone and everything I hear seems to have that same mindset. That PE is just not possible by any means. whether pills, pumps, or exercises. Then I come here and read all this stuff and again the fascination of possibly being larger sucked me in. So I finally decided to give it a try for myself. Not just go by what everyone else says or what I read. All the people here seem to know what they are doing and have had good results so I’m very confident that I too will have success. I figure I have nothing to lose and lots to gain so I’m going to try it out. After reading up it seems that the best bet at this point for me is to start off with some manual stretching, wet jelqs, and kegals. I figure I’ll stick to that for a while and see how it turns out. Hopefully I’ll get some good gains. My main goal is girth which I understand is a bit tougher but anything will help. My current stats are:

current: 6.25 EL x 5 EG (although it’s 4.5 at the base)
goal: 7.5 EL x 5.75-6 EG

Are these goals reasonable? Seeing as I want good girth gains I will eventually try some clamping and hanging, and possibly pumping but maybe in a few months.

What do you guys think? Any help or advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

As long as you work at it, I’m sure you will gain. I have been PEing since March 2004 and have gained 1/2” in length, and 1/4” in girth. I keep hearing “You’re so big!” from my wife and one night she even said, “You’re getting so big!”, but she doesn’t know what I’m doing. She must just think I’m really hard. Comments like that are all I need to keep me going, although the measurements don’t hurt, either.

Try the newbie routine as that is what I started with (with the Power Jelq, but it’s not necessary) and have modified my routine around it as I am still gaining.

Welcome to Thunder’s Place slim123. Your goals are reasonable and attainable if you take it easy and build up to the girth exercises which, as you know, are not for newbies. If you haven’t already, read all the threads linked to in this one and you’ll be on your way to a bigger penis. After you have some gains, you might have to tell your brother he needs to try again. :)

I am new too. Been at it for about 2 months. I am an older guy so my dick size is now back to were I was when I was 19. I am happy about this. My main goal is to get better ejaculation control and longer erections. Now everytime I drop my pants I am happy with what I see.

Some say that mastrubation should not be done during a PE session. Some say it doesn’t matter. My thinking is that you should keep it separate. When I first started wet jelqs it was hard to control shooting a load. Once this happened the interest in the PE session also subsided.

The goal of PE is to get a big cock. The reason for having a big cock is so that you can enjoy sex better. The problem arises because you have to have an erection for both.

The nice part is that you can “parctice” your PE exercise during sex. This is especially true when you are jerking off because you are in control. You can practice kegels at this time and this will prolong your cumming. But this should not be part of the PE routine IMO.

Thanks for the help guys. I’m definitly going to start off with the newbie routine for now. I’ve been doing a lot of research here and man is there so much stuff to learn. I had no idea there was so much to it. I guess the key here is time and patience. I eventually want to get to the more advanced exercises but as long as I get some decent results with the basics I’ll be satisfied. Lefty those are some very nice gains for the time frame you have been at this for. And boy do I hope I get those same reactions from my woman as you are getting from your wife. Thanks for the info westla and lets hope my brother was wrong. And monument I too hope that when I drop my pants I can be happy with what I see. Oh I was also wondering if anyone would recommend hanging and/or pumping as I am starting off with the newbie routine, or should I just leave that for later. Also how long should I stay with this routine? Til I am no longer seeing any progress with it or til my penis feels like it can take more?

Although there’s tons of information here, it’s much like the diet industry - although there’s plenty of science behind it, there’s only a few variables that you need to be concerned with. Jelqing and stretching are the foundation of most good routines. Following the link that WestLA gave is a great place to start. As you get feedback from your routine you’ll get a feel for where to go next. Just get a mindset for the long term and pay attention how your unit feels after workouts so as to know your limits.

One last thing: Take time in getting a repeatable measuring method, and write down the results somewhere. You’ll start to doubt the ruler at some point in the near future and assume you measured wrong since most of us seem to suffer some kind of penis dysmorphia. That’s when the written down measurements will pay you back in spades.

Wait at least a month, maybe two, before you start hanging. If you want to get some golf weights or PE weights & start doing an ADS you can to that now, but nothing more than a pound.

Re-read what Shiver posted about getting repeatable measurements. Consider “before” photos, too, not necessarily to post, but for yourself, to prove that you’re gaining.

I think your goals are reasonable. I hope so, anyway. :)
