When manual stretching my penis, sometimes from a touch it likes to get hard and usually it would mostly stay semi erect which is a problem for stretching. Anyone knows a way to combat semi erect flaccid to stretch easier?

Lift weights if you have dumbbells or do some push ups, it will immediately turn you flaccid again.

Or you can switch to an A stretch or downward fulcrum stretch, which will decrease your erection level.

Performing squats while stretching is also a good alternative.
