Flaccid gain then Erect

Hi, newbie here.. I been doing PE on and off for the last years. More off than on due to privacy issues at my place. I recently acquired an extender and have been following the JP90 routine from Pegym and already started to notice an increase in flaccid length and girth.

I know everyone is different, but just wondering, in general, how long after the flaccid gains does the erect gains come

I have gained nothing in flaccid size, but 0.9” in erect length from JP90 and extending.

Wow that’s awesome. Congratulations on the gains. Just wondering, did you start out doing the full routine, or worked up to it? Cause from what I understand, JP counts a left and right hand stroke as one rep, So that’s 300 wet jelqs and 180 V-jelqs. Which seem pretty heavy for a beginner

Full routine for 30 days, so more like JP30 which I don’t recommend. I never counted those jelqs. I would jelq for 5min without pause for 2 - 4 times a day. Once I jelqed 20 min straight and I ended up with injury.

I don’t know that routine, but my flaccid any etect gains are very similar to each other. As you can see, there’s a lot of diversity in how this plays out. If you are having gains anywhere across the board, and your PI’s are staying strong, I would take that as a greenlight. Congrats and good luck!
