Flaccid gains not translating to Erect gains 12 months in
Hi all,
I started my PE journey a little over a year ago, measuring my BPFSL in at 17.6cm and my BPEL at about 18.1cm.
I started with the basic exercises, progressed to using an extender, and eventually landed on hanging as the most comfortable and effective means for gains. I started adding FIR heat about 6 months and that’s been a big help too.
In those 12 months my BPFSL went from 17.6 to 20.1cm, but my BPEL hasn’t shifted at all. I know people say that BPEL often follows/lags BPFSL eventually but for me it doesn’t seem to be happening given the length of time I’ve been extending/hanging for now.
Does anyone have any advice on why my BPEL just doesn’t seem to be shifting (is it a blood flow issue, maybe?) or has anyone else also had this problem (and if you got over it, how?)
