Just a quick query.

Should I be erect, flaccid or semi-erect when I do warmups ?

I usually masturbate a bit until I’m semi-erect and then apply the cloth dipped in hot water. Rinse and repeat.

My warmups last about 10 minutes. I boil water, put it in a bucket, then dip the cloth in and wrap it around my unit, until the water goes lukewarm, then I begin PE.

No point in an erection during that stage. The goal is for the tissues to become more pliable and receptive to the workout without injury.

So you saying keep it flaccid during warmups ?

I’m saying that if you’re just applying heat, it doesn’t matter. If you just happen to be erect…oh well, but no need to “get erect” to apply a heat.

Applying heat to a flaccid penis is warming up. Anything after that is PE not a warm up.

I’d say 80% full would be great. It’s really different from flaccid.

If I could keep a good 80-90% to warm up would be just perfect IMO. I usually do at around 30-40.

Hi Zugger!
Take care if you boil water….usually “hot tap water” is hot enough.
Warm up 10 minutes is good.
Re-heat the cloth every minute.
