Flaccid hang

I’m at my 5th day of rest due to a suspected thrombosed vein. What I noticed, is that my flaccid hang become longer and bigger day by day. I was expecting a decrease in flaccid length and girth due to lack of PE.

Is it normal?

Growth usually takes place during rest days. I sometimes take a random week off to make sure my dick “catches up” with my PE exercises.
