Flaccid length

A few questions. I only do manual stretches throughout the day. Can this give significant flaccid length over time? Or are devices the only way? What else can increase flaccid length? Is gaining an inch possible?

I have gained the most flaccid length through the use of the circle device. I currently hang 5.5”. To me, a longer flaccid appears more in proportion with the rest of the body.

Yep you don’t need devices (at least not now), just go with stretchs and after 3 months see what happens, then maybe you can change your routine to a more heavy one.

Manual stretches, over time, can give pretty good flaccid length gains. Try out fowfers for flaccid length.

No one can tell you how much you can gain as everyone is different. Just see how it goes.

Manual stretches have been something I’ve been able to regularly make time for. I haven’t seen great improvement but I suppose in conjunction with jelqing it would be more successful.

I gained about three quarters of an inch in flaccid length from regular stretches and fowfers.
