Okay I’ve gained quite a bit in erect length but my flaccid size has stayed the same since i started. I’ve tried low erection jelqing and fowfers and nothing seems to change. So if someone could post a link to a flaccid gain routine that would be cool, or if someone could give me a tip on how to go about flaccid gain, thanks.


Started - 5.75BPEL, WAS - 6.75BPEL

Currently - 6.00BPEL 9 months now...

I’ve kind of been the opposite lately. Try stretches.

Try rotary stretches, clamping and advanced stretches. That should do the trick :) . Realise that they are advanced though and you should have already 3 consistent months of the newbie routine under your belt before adding those.

I got significant quick gains in flaccid size, by stretching my ligs with a stretching device. I got over half an inch in lig stretch - as measured by the increase in settings on the stretching device - in about six weeks of stretching for an hour about 4 days a week. And it definitely shows in how my flacid hangs.

This is just my experience, but it definitely worked for me.

Starting, summer '06: 6" EL, 6.5" BPEL, 5.5" EG / Currently: Approximately .4" length and .25" girth gains / Stretched ligs .5" - .6", increasing PBFL and flacid hang

Goal: 7.25" BPEL x 5.75" EG, currently over HALF WAY THERE! on length and ACHIEVED GIRTH!

Piercings: 4 Gauge PA (currently not wearing), Two 4 Gauge upper frenums, other non-genital

Reduce/stop smoking if you are. It’s my personal experience

Drink loads of water. I drink 3 litres throughout the day and my flaccid has been much better since.
