Flicking my penis in between jelqs

I just recently have been able to “flick” my penis, as in, make it bob up and down at will. I’m still not too skilled at this, and I was only able to do so after a few weeks of kegels (Hard to believe my BC muscle was so weak I couldn’t even make my penis bob up and down). I have a couple of questions:

1. Does this count as a kegel? Flicking my penis? Some people say yes, since it uses the same muscle(s), but others say no

2. If it does count as a kegel, is it okay if I do some 25 flicks or so in between every 10 jelq strokes? I’m also wondering if maybe this is too much, since some people say doing too many kegels makes your BC muscle weaker.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

My opinion is that whatever you call it you are exercising the BC muscle. So it isn’t a Kegel? So what. What you are doing should be just as effective as doing Kegel’s while you are flaccid; maybe even more as you are lifting a weight - your dick.

Well yeah, I’m just wondering if it would be too much to do around twenty-five “ups and downs” per ten jelqs. I wouldn’t want to overexert those muscles. Anyone else do these a lot?

1. Who are these people who say that “flicking your penis” (i.e flexing your BC muscle so your penis bobs up and down) is not a kegel? You can do kegels flaccid or erect, or anywhere in between. Just make sure you’re really clenching and holding for a few seconds, not just giving a quick squeeze. And make sure to relax your BC completely between contractions—that’s just as important as the flexing part.

2. Again, who are these people who say doing too many kegels makes your BC weaker? The more kegels you do, the stronger it gets (or at least is maintained at maximum strength.) In a given session, do them to fatigue (to the point where it doesn’t bob up and down anymore), then do the same thing again the next day. There is no downside to kegeling every day.
