So I literally just started stretching 2 days ago and then did jelqing for the first time today. I logged every day and my stats are as follows:

12/9 -
BPL: 6.1-6.25 (several measurements from same “session”)
NBPL: 5.1-5.45 (several measurements from same “session”)
12/10 -
BPL - 6.2 (several measurements from same “session”)
NBPL - 5.2-5.5 (several measurements from same “session”)

12/11 -
BPL - 6.5 (several measurements from same “session”)
NBPL - 5.5 (several measurements from same “session”)

I’m assuming stretching a little across 2.5 days didn’t ACTUALLY net me gains. Today (12/11) was my first day jelqing and it was definitely my best looking (in my own eyes) and the numbers reflect it (even if only .3 BPL). At first I was like it looks a little bigger because I’m on a cut (diet).but then my BPL is longer.. So it’s like.wait..

Probably just a good erection day I’m guessin’ eh? Maybe impacted by the jelqing giving me a slight manual increase?

I know nothing about jelqing but as far as measurements are concerned, I would take them numerous times and you’ll no doubt find what your maximum stats are for reference! Personally I take Cialis and stab myself with the ruler as hard I can and the measurement I get is one I can only hold for a couple of seconds. You’ll probably know when you’re not 100% erect, so I’d dismiss the measurement in that was the case! Just make sure you push the ruler is as hard as you can for consistency, by doing so I believe you rule out all the variables that can affect your data.

There are definitely up days and down days. I don’t measure but once a month or so. My routine doesn’t require it, like hanging and whatnot. Also, the down days, may be disconcerting. I get the point of a daily log. It has advantages. If you also track, what you ate the day prior, how much you slept, was it good sleep, was it a good day in general, etc… It’s just not my thing.

I prefer to gather my efforts and see the sum after a period of time. None of this happens fast. If you gain .2 or .3 every day for a time, get ready for a plateau. Your body fluctuates. Use your gains as motivation. Don’t change what you’re doing, because you had a bad week. A week, is like seconds in the PE aspect. Patience and determination are key.

Whatever conclusions you draw from new or different things, just keep going.

For sure. I’m thinking maybe some other variables may have been what was at play cause I simply can’t believe I gained over a quarter inch in BPL after 2 days of stretching lol. If anything the jelqing just helped my over EQ and therefore I had a bit more. Who knows, still too early to tell!

For sure. I’m tracking my diet and woke up down a little weight today (as I said, I’m on a cut) so that COULD help NBPL if I lose some of the fat pad, but shouldn’t impact my BPL at all which is what I was curious about.

I think it’s a mix of things. Good work out in the gym yesterday + a good diet the day before + jelqing for some extra blood flow maybe. Will keep logging and just keep that in mind for when it most likely goes back to “normal” a bit.

Early gains are often just an improvement in EQ.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Yeah, just measured again (no stretching or jelqing ahead of time) and my BP was back at about 6.2 (-.3) and my NBPEL was between 5.2-5.5 again. Had sex last night so probably a matter of erection quality.

Erect length will vary with blood flow whereas stretched length is relatively constant. This is why I prefer to track my progress by BP stretched length (the theoretical maximum you could achieve with an erection).


Currently ~6.5" girth x ?

Goal: 9" x 6.5"

Hmmm makes sense in theory. However, I stretched to like 6 or something NBPEL and have never gotten more than 5.5 NBPEL from an actual erection (when measuring) so maybe there’s a buffer between stretched & what you can actually get?

Did stretching/jelqing again today before and once again went up to NBPEL 5.5 consistent & 6.55 on BPEL. My Stretched flaccid 5-7 min after I ejaculated was all the way to 6.8 though! How do I turn that into legit erection size haha.

Is the hope that if I do the jelqing/stretching enough that the gains I’m seeing in my erection after doing them will become permanent and not require that I stretch or jelq every single time to get those results?

Bro I give you 1 tip dont measure every day just once a month is best. I do 1 time in 3 months because I only can get 100% hard while watching porn and I dont want to watch porn.

Do kegels to that will make your erect penis more hard every time. I used to have problems measuring but I do 50 kegels a day and jelqing 2 days on 1 day off is improving your EQ in 3 months to the max. I can now cum 5 times in a row and still get the same measurements due PE.

This made my jelqing sessions more difficult thats why I choose 1 time in 3 months or after 60+ sessions.
