Pumped Size vs. Actual Size

This question came to mind during today’s workout.

If pumped size is indicative of “capacity”. What is the limiting factor for achieving this size during erection?

Start: BPEL: 7” MSEG: 5" | Current: BPEL: 8.25” MSEG: 5.75" | Goal: BPEL: 8.5” MSEG: 6"

1st Goal: 7.5" x 5.5" | Achieved: 01/15/2021 | 2nd Goal: 8.25 x 5.75 | Achieved: 05/19/2021

I would say that vac pump can create bigger vacuum than your heart can create blood pressure.

And the difference in type of pressure may do something as well. Your body only push blood inside your unit while in vacuum you rather pull the blood “through” your penis, and not just blood but everything that is inside vac chamber and it is spongy, so you are pulling all your penis tissue as well.

Gotcha. I was just wondering, if your penis can hold this amount of “blood”, then what’s preventing your body from simply providing it. But I get it, different force.

For me personally while maxed in the pump my length is not even a half inch longer… my girth however totaly packs a 2” tube from base to behind glands..

Edema, too. That’s the one factor I can think of that you absolutely will not create during a natural erection.

I’m not even talking about the familiar donut. You still pull in excess fluid prior to the visually dramatic donut occurring.

I really like this explanation! Simple and to the point.

And of course that vacuum will also pull in lymph fluid which wouldn’t accumulate during normal erection or clamping.

Clamping can result in edema.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

That’s because there is way more surface area in the girth direction than there is in the length direction.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
