For those who got results from Jelqing

I saw the video that’s posted here on jelqing and was surprised how hard the person was stroking. I read the instructions again like a beginner and noted that a “pull” is recommended at the end like an additional stretch. Is everyone doing their jelqs hard and with a pull/stretch at the end? I’ve been taking to dry jelqs and feel the pull at the end contributes to nice feelings for the entire length of my member and I finally feel “worked out” and tired after a short session. I guess I’ve been going too light and without a stretch all these years. It would be great to hear from people who got results from mostly jelq and how they are doing it.

I take it you mean your erection level, not jelq intensity level or something, yes?

I guess the questions are not clear. The first question is, is everyone stroking very hard and the second question is, are you pulling at the end to create another stretch?

Slow and gentle with not too much force. You’re just trying to push blood not choke your penis. A little stretch at the end is fine.

The pressure used was once described to me as being like enough to push all the honey off of a smooth stick that had been dipped in honey. So just imagine that. a stick or steel bar that had been dipped in honey and now you are pulling as much honey as you can down the length of said stick. Just reasonably snug, and a slow drag down the length of the penis.

I personally get the best stimulus/expansion and EQ with a respectable firm stroke of a jelq. I hold it at the base for a few seconds before stroking. But iam quite conditioned for this. My unit tends to respond better to more intense exercises. I normally jelq at a higher erection level around 85%. Also strictly working on girth or else I would do less of an erection.

We all respond differently. Get to know your unit and respond via communication from your overall EQ. It’ll tell you if it’s happy.
